Friendship is a beautiful thing, especially when you are seen and heard by those you love and trust. But there is also value in stepping out of the comfort of these deep friendships and revealing yourself to those you may not even know.  This Women's Gathering is about vulnerability, compassion and connection. Here every voice and experience matters. And all attendees will hold space-listening, respecting and honoring the stories of others without labeling or interpreting.

The goal of these Gatherings is to break from the idea that our struggles should be silent or designated for only select group of people. Join me as we overcome our fears and build a community by showing up and sharing!

This gathering will be focused on PURPOSE and will include 30 minutes of breathwork led by Sofie Lyddon of Wild Wisdoms! More information will follow via e-mail with prompts for the opening discussion!
